This cosy three-bedroom first-floor apartment is situated in the quiet market town of Leighton Buzzard and sleeps up to six guests. Suitable for holiday-makers and contractors for short breaks, this fresh and modern flat consists of two double bedrooms, a twin room, and a fully equipped kitchen, all decorated to a high standard with a homely feel. Complete with high-speed internet, guests can access free Wi-Fi, and pets are welcome. Offsite parking is also available, and Aldi and Tesco are both conveniently located nearby.

Things to do

The flat is close to many quality pubs and restaurants, and is just a five-minute walk from the town centre. The Grand Union Canal is close to the apartment, and is a local beauty spot where you can enjoy boating, fishing, and walks along the nature trail.

Located in the town centre is the historic 13th century All Saints Church, and not forgetting the unique Leighton Buzzard Narrow Gauge Railway. Guests with children can enjoy Mead Open Farm, a small but attractive and friendly petting farm with indoor and outdoor play facilities.

Further afield, guests can spend the afternoon visiting Ascott House, a Jacobean farmhouse, displaying collections of art and heritage, and beautiful gardens preserved by the National Trust. The family-friendly Rushmere Country Park, suitable for year round visits, is a beautiful area of ancient woodland, lakes, and meadows, with awesome views from the café and occasional nesting herons. Ideal for picnics, hiking, and biking.

Leighton Buzzard is just 32 minutes to London Euston, making it an ideal location if you have business in the Capital but don’t wish to stay there. The local train station is on the West Coast Mainline between London and Scotland, and is a five-minute walk from the apartment. Milton Keynes – a city with a huge international and distribution employer base – is ten minutes by train, or 20 minutes by car.
