It has a great front door upstairs, which opens on to a mezzanine hall up to the first floor with large sofa, dining table for 4/6, and guest bed. It has reliable internet/Wi-Fi and Netflix included.  The kitchen is stocked with basic needs for guests’ use.

All rooms are furnished and professionally maintained, offering helpful amenities designed to enhance your stay.

The area

The house includes a patio with parking area for two cars and a close-by ample parking in full view of the living room.  Though the place is located in a quiet housing area, it is close to Kilmarnock and Crosshouse Hospital.  Moreover, you can visit nearby tourist spots such as the Scottish Maritime Museum, Eglinton Country Park, Trinity Church, Rivergate Shopping Centre or spend a day at the Irvine Beach.

While on-street and off-street free parking are available at the house if you are arriving on your own vehicle, buses to Irvine are also frequent and it will only take a 5-minute walk to reach the house.
